Tortilla Making Basics workshop

Tortilla Making Basics is a hands-on, fun, and flavor-packed class where you’ll learn how to go from a simple bag of masa to warm, delicious corn tortillas you can confidently make at home. We’ll mix, press, and cook tortillas together, then enjoy them with a tasty taco filling—plus plenty of tips along the way so you can get the texture just right (yes, even the “puff” everyone loves).

This workshop is currently full for the scheduled date—but we’d still love to cook with you. If you’d like to be first in line for the next class, you can pre-register here (it’s free): https://schoolofranch.regfox.com/pre-reg-tortilla-88

And if you’d rather learn in a more personal setting, we also offer one-on-one (or small group) in-home tortilla classes here in Central Oregon. Just reach out and we’ll help you plan something that fits your schedule.
