About the Workshop

Join Mayra of Roots at Heart Nutrition for an educational workshop on gallbladder health and the role of nourishing fats in everyday meals. This presentation includes a homemade vinaigrette demonstration with practical tips on how to make simple dressings using wholesome ingredients.

Participants will leave with ideas for supporting digestion and bringing more flavor and balance into their meals. The session will be primarily in English, and Spanish-speaking participants are welcome. Bilingual support will be offered during the workshop as needed.
